Who We Are
Message from CFA president
My dear friends:
It has been an honor to serve as President of The Concerned Father’s Association since June of 2023. I want to thank all of our supporters and members who sacrifice time and resources that fuel our community programs. Our programs exist due to a collective effort(some small, some large) from caring individuals and partner organizations.
This past spring, we launched our first Chess and Science Program since the public health emergency of 2020. The program was such a huge success that one would not have noticed that we had been on hiatus for 4 years.
Our annual Graduation Brunch has provided a boost to so many high achieving students over the years. Most recently, we honored 5 distinguished students who worked their way into getting accepted to prestigious institutions like MIT and Tuskegee University.
We continue to support our partner organizations, such as Alpha Phi Alpha, Mother’s Club of Wheatley Heights, and Wyandanch-Wheatley Heights Ambulance Corp to name a few.
With your continued support, we will continue to explore avenues to provide resources to our communities in need.
With sincere gratitude,
